Do you have past experience as a staff member?: Previous experience owning my own servers, almost 16,000 hours spent on GMod, was Owner on Freezy's other servers (See edited part)

- Knowledge: As said above, I have been an Owner of my own servers for many years, almost all my 15,000 hours were spent Owning and Developing my own servers - I joined Freezy's old servers as a Trial Moderator, and worked my way up to Moderator, Senior Moderator, Administrator and soon worked my way up into Co-Owner and then into the Ownership position - I was also paying some money towards the server being alive.

Below are some skills of mine, to which I carry with me within my Gmod time and real life jobs :)!

1. 1. Communication skills: Thought I'd shove this in, to help myself out a little - Communication skills are key within any role as a Member of staff/Management, My in real life experience and ingame GMod Experience . I have use communication skills throughout my GMod Staff/Management for many years, as communication makes a team a team, and not a single person.

   2. Problem-solving skills: Being an in-game Moderator/Staff Member, figuring out problems is part and parcel with the job, there is always 2 sides to very story (Unless logs tell me different!) - Problem solving is a key skill to have

   3. Availability: Being free and available in game is also key, being a staff member doesn't mean you hide away with your pals and make money (Witnessed it firsthand :) ) , sometimes in life you need to break your own RP to help and help those who require it, hate it or not, it's your job. I am always willing to ruin/forfeit my own roleplay to support a player of the server.

   4. Teamwork: Teamwork eh? Again, without Team work the server staff team and management team would fail, Teamwork, along with Communication skills is the most important part of a staff team, without teamwork the job becomes 100x more hard, however knowing you have a solid team behind your back makes it easier to do the job in hand.
      
      I am genuinely passionate about Garry's Mod and the vibrant communities it fosters. As someone deeply invested in the Garry's Mod community, I am committed to ensuring that every player has a positive and enjoyable experience. Effective moderation is essential in maintaining a welcoming and fair environment where everyone can thrive.       How active do you think you could be on the server?: As an enthusiastic player and potential moderator, I'm committed to being as active as possible on the server. While my exact availability may vary due to personal and professional obligations, I can assure you that I will priorities my responsibilities as a moderator and dedicate a significant amount of time to ensure the smooth operation of the server.

      On average, I anticipate being able to spend several hours each day monitoring the server, addressing player concerns, and enforcing the rules. During peak hours and weekends, when player activity is typically higher, I'll make a concerted effort to be even more present to provide support and assistance as needed.

      Additionally, I understand the importance of flexibility and adaptability in a moderation role. If there are specific times or events where extra moderation coverage is required, I'll do my best to adjust my schedule accordingly and make myself available to contribute.

      Overall, while I can't guarantee 24/7 availability, I'm fully committed to being an active and engaged moderator who can positively contribute to the community's experience on the server.
      
      What days and at what time are you usually available? My availability varies slightly depending on the day, but I can provide a general overview:

      • Weekdays (Monday to Friday): I am typically available in the evenings, starting around 7pm and extending into the late hours. On weekdays, I can commit to being actively present for approximately 2-3 hours each evening.

      • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): I have more flexibility and can dedicate more extended periods of time to moderation. I'm usually available throughout the day, starting in the late morning and continuing into the evening. During weekends, I can commit to being available for several hours at a stretch, especially during peak hours when the server is most active.

      While these are my general availability times, I understand that flexibility is essential in a moderation role. If there are specific events or times when additional moderation coverage is needed, I'll do my best to adjust my schedule accordingly and make myself available to support the server.
