Do you have past experience as a staff member?: Yes, I have some experience as a staff member within Garry's Mod. Over the years I have been a moderator on several Garry's Mod servers, including your old servers as well as a handful of less popular servers. Through these roles I've developed a understanding of the game mechanics, communities, and the importance of keeping a positive and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. How active do you think you could be on the server?: I currently do not have a job or a social life so I can be on pretty much all the time unless I am busy with other things.

What days and at what time are you usually available? (GMT): weekends and Wednesday-Thursday, I should be able to be on Monday and Friday unless I am too tired as I am usually busy on those days

What do you plan to bring to the staff team? How would you improve it?: In my previous roles as a staff I've learned the importance of treating all players fairly. It is important that everyone feels like they are being treated fairly and that there is no bias. I also have effective communication skills. I believe in maintaining channels of communication among staff members, ensuring that we are all on the same page and able to collaborate. Clear communication is crucial for resolving problems. In terms of improvements, I aim to contribute to the enhancement of the server's features. Whether it's suggesting gameplay ideas, or implementing events, I am dedicated to continuously improving the experience on the server and making the server an even more enjoyable place for all players. Overall, my goal is to bring a positive, and forward-thinking approach to the staff team, helping the community adhere to high standards and help it evolve and grow over time.
